At Generation Anime and More, we’re a specialty store run by collectors, for collectors. Because many of our items are limited edition or exclusive, all sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do our best to ship every item in excellent condition, typically close to mint. (As fellow collectors, we understand that no Funko Pop is ever truly 100% mint—but we strive to get as close as possible.) If an item has any visible damage or wear, it will always be clearly noted in the product description.

Every order is securely packaged with protective bubble wrap to help ensure safe delivery. In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
